Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

Spain (Peninsula)

  • Free shipping for orders over €39.
  • Orders under €39 have a shipping cost from €3.99.
  • Delivery in the Peninsula between 24-72 hours.

Spain (Canary Islands)

Europe

  • Free shipping for orders over €100.
  • Orders under €100 have a shipping cost from €9.99.

International

  • Free shipping for orders over €150.
  • Orders under €150 have a shipping cost from €14.99.

    Spain: Post Office

    Europe: According to the order.

    Rest of the world: According to the order.

    Tracking order:

    You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once shipped, we will provide you with a link to "View Order" and "Track".

    Returns:

    • Send an email to hello@packlist.eu within 30 days of placing the order, explaining the reason with the order number and subject "RETURN + order number".
    • You will receive a code to process your incident.
    • We will provide you with a prepaid return label at the Post Office.
    • If the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund your money.
